Insurance Disclaimer

The hosting organization must provide insurance coverage for all aspects of the event, including but not limited to liability for any incidents involving Cenla Smiles volunteers, participants, and services. Cenla Smiles volunteers and services are to be fully covered under the hosting organization’s insurance policy during the event.

Partnership Agreement

Cenla Smiles reserves the right to review and select event partnerships based on our capacity and alignment with our mission. Submission of this form does not guarantee participation in your event.
